Wafra Wind Tower achieves energy efficiency and privacy through the use of a courtyard which extends vertically through the center of the building. The courtyard provides effective light and air flow to each of the building’s 12 units. Unlike traditional courtyards, the windows overlooking the courtyard are small, favoring privacy over expansive views. Each apartment is provided with shaded balconies, and all of them give onto the central courtyard.
